Rolex manual winding watch from 1930 with calibre 600. Machine turned dial with radiant waves, possibly legacy refinished. Hands are blued Brequet style. Fully hallmarked 9K gold case with Poinçon de Mâitre stamp showing that the case was made by C.R. Spillmann SA for Rolex. Measures ø 26.5mm by 11.25mm D. Very slight dent in case back.
